Training Specialist, OJT & JQP Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for Training Specialist, OJT & JQP based in Jubail.

 

Position Summary:

To drive competency programs, this includes JQP and OJT by Develop and assure effective implementation of operators and technicians’ staff.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and administrating the JQP System (TRACCESS) and provide regular report with identifying the needs and progress.
  • Assure the training, On Job Training & qualification are implemented and incompliance with Tasnee training procedure standards.
  • Prepare and conduct qualification assessment (in coordination with department) as per the JQP requirements to ensure a high standard of skills and knowledge are achieved
  • Work closely with the departments to understand the needs and requirements.
  • Identify training resources and training plans, and ensure core job skills and orientation are in place.
  • Prepare progress reports/analysis, schedule and plans with statistic to keep department  informed about the progress of various competency initiatives and to facilitate decision making.
  • Develops and maintain an effective JQP program including progress follow-up provision of material and curriculum within the site.
  • Auditing and Measuring the efficient and effectiveness in implementation of JQP and OJT to meet specific job.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma with knowledge of Training and Development methodology, Coordinator/Process Trainer in Training would be relevant previous position.
  • Operation Petrochemical background.
  • Minimum of 8 years of training and development experience
  • Experience and Advance knowledge in TRACCESS System with last update.
  • Experience and ability to participate in Qualification Assessments
  • Experience and capability to Mentor, engage and manage the Qualification Program in the site
  • Experience and advance skill in Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience and ability to lead meetings and committees
  • Experience and capability to create and update Procedure
  • Management skills including planning, excellent communication and presentation skills.
