Trainer IV, Training Job

Work Location:  GCC > Abu Dhabi



An exciting opportunity is available in TUV MIDDLE EAST (Abu Dhabi, UAE) (D001) for a Trainer, Training, based in Abu Dhabi and will report to Sr Supervisor, Operations



About the role:


Responsible in conducting trainings (public and in-house) in an effective and efficient manner complying with the organization’s regulations and procedures, local and international standards and the client guidelines.


you will be responsible to:


•Maintains the integrity of the company name & brand.
•Delivers the assigned training courses with the ability to consult on the specific use of the products within the target client environment.
•Willingly explores new training subjects and topics and study market requirements to enhance and expand product list.
•Ensures that lessons learnt from experiences and client’s feedbacks are implemented and maintained in order to enhance the customer satisfaction through the services.
•Updates themselves to the latest requirements of the specific field of work
•Ensures maintenance & improvement of competency and qualification as trainer as per the required standards and other applicable codes, regulations and organizational requirements.
•Supports, grooms and monitors junior trainers as needed by the management.
•Maintains a healthy and steady relationship with the clients to satisfy their requirements in acceptable time frames.
•Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Ensure client and vendor integrity management.
•Manages customer relationships and any other tasks assigned by the management.


About You:

Minimum Qualification:

•Bachelor’s Degree in science, Engineering or any other field.
•Relevant qualification and certification as trainer (NEBOSH, OSHA, IRCA, etc.)
•Pre-qualification with relevant authorities
•Business & Industry Knowledge
•Professional Knowledge.


Minimum Experience:

•4 years of experience in the field of training service

•Technical credibility
•Presentation skills
•Planning & organizing
•Customer Focus 
•Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills
•Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
