Technician III, Maintenance Mechanical Job

Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available for Technician, Maintenance Mechanical Based in Yanbu and will report directly to Sr Supervisor, Maintenance Mechanical.

About the role:

Responsible for routine and non-routine mechanical maintenance of moderate complexity, while maintaining the availability of plant machinery and equipment of the company, performing preventive and corrective maintenance in order to keep in full operation, in accordance with standards and procedures of quality, safety and environment. Able to sign off tasks on minor activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Uses drawings and sketches in the carrying out of basic mechanical maintenance activities.
• Makes and monitors installations and mechanical repairs of moderate complexity
• Takes measurements of vibration, temperature, and others basic measurements in mechanical equipment.
• Participate in calculations using workshop math and selects appropriate size and grade of components
• Supports planning activities, providing necessary material, to carry out mechanical maintenance activities.
• Participates in the preparation of mechanical maintenance programs and/or programming of activities in the area.
• Uses basic instruments of measurement and control to make minor adjustments mechanical equipment with supervision
• Participates in testing machinery and equipment from specific rules and guidelines, to ensure the elimination of defects.
• Comply with all relevant HSE standards; seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma degree in Mechanical.

Minimum Experience:

2 years of experience or more in a similar heavy industrial environment.
