Technician III, Instrument Job

      An exciting opportunity is available for Technician, Instrument Located in Jubail, KSA

Job Purpose

Perform instrument preventive and corrective maintenance activities, Troubleshooting instrument and do necessary corrective action, Problem Solving skills to support instrument, maintenance team.

Role responsibilities:

• Open and close permit to work as per the Procedure.
• Compliance for all safety instruction
• Compliance for all TASNEE Procedure.
• Knowledge about Tools, Test Equipment, Fittings.
• Knowledge about documents such as Instrument Loop Diagrams, Specification Sheets, and Hook up drawings
• Broad knowledge about control valve, transmitter and gage.
• Have knowledge about all Tools, Test Equipment, Fittings.
• Ability to read various type of instrument documents and logic diagrams.
• Understand override safety in Instrument & Control System.
• Install, Calibrate, and troubleshoot all kind of instrument transmitters.
• Install, Calibrate, and troubleshoot all kind of control valves & ON-OFF valves.
• Able to perform loop diagnostic, testing and troubleshooting.
• Install, Calibrate, and troubleshoot machine Monitoring System.
• Hands on PLC experience and ability to understand logic and function blocks.
• Hands on experience in Basic System Administrative Program (SAP).
• Provide on-going support to the Field Maintenance staff, contractors, vendors and other staff in planning, repair, and installation of a variety of instrument equipment to ensure that all maintenance objectives are met efficiently

Qualification and Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent
• 8 years’ experience or above working as Instrument technician in Petrochemical Plant.
