Technician III, E&I Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jizan

 

Advanced Metal Industries Co. (AMIC), which is equally owned by Tasnee and Cristal.

Tasnee, signed a joint venture agreement with Japan’s Toho Titanium Company in January 2014 to build the SAR 1.6 billion project. The titanium sponge project is the region’s first of its type to produce 15,600 tons of pure titanium. The company has sent 69 Saudi engineers to train for two years in Japan on producing pure titanium.

An exciting opportunity is available for an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician and will work with Maintenance Team (E&I)- Metallurgy SBU AMIC Company in Jazan.

 

About the role:

 

The Electrical and Instrumentation Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all Electrical and Instrumentation equipment in plant, perform Preventive and breakdown maintenance.

 

you will be responsible to:

 

  • Perform routine/ basic inspection and maintenance of equipment
  • Perform basic repair on assigned equipment – in various discipline and perform basic diagnostic procedures on equipment to determine needed repairs.
  • Perform Preventive, Corrective and breakdown maintenance
  • Repair and maintain generator and emergency equipment’s.

 

About You:

 

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma - Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineer.

or Qualified tradesman in Electrical and instrumentation

 

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of experience in related field industry

 

Skills & Expertise:

  • Ability to read wiring diagram and P&ID
  • Knowledge to perform Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance of different kind of equipment in similar kind of industry
  • Knowledge of Different Kind of Instrumentation like Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Level
  • Knowledge of Calibration and repair of valves, analyzers
  • Knowledge of Electrical Motor repair and IR test
