Supervisor, RNP Warehouse Job

An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad National Plastic Company for Supervisor, Warehouse  Based in Riyadh and will report directly to Head, Supply Chain

 

About the role:

 

Inventory Management for Raw Material, Finished Goods and Spare Parts as per set company policies and procedures. 

 

You will be responsible to:

 

  • Upkeep the record of the stores in respect of material received /issued and balance lying in the Stores.
  • Arrange for unloading and stacking of the Raw Material, Packing Material, Lubricants and Spare Parts.
  • Ensure that all finished goods received are processed in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that handling of finished goods is such so as to prevent damage and that all items are labelled and stored in accordance with specific storage conditions in compliance with Company policies.
  • Inspect all material received in the stores and arrange for the preparation of Goods Received Note (GRN) within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods.
  • Ensure preparation of Goods Received Information and Inspection Form (GRI&I) for all items of technical nature for their quality report from the respective indenter.
  • Review the stock position of all the off-shelve items on regular basis and prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR s) for items whose stock is at Re-Order Level.
  • Supervise all activities of Warehouse Section.
  • Ensure preparation of daily movement report of raw material and packing material.
  • Ensure preparation of monthly raw material, packing material and lubricants stocks reports for physical stock checking.
  • Ensure preparation of monthly raw material stock movement report.
  • Make sure that the proper documents are made.
  • Ensure the finished goods loaded carefully on the trucks and to prepare relevant documents
  • Ensure handing over of the documents and finished goods to the trucker/customer/customer’s representative after receiving acknowledgement from them.
  • Ensure keeping the dispatch hall clean and ensure proper stacking of finished products.
  • Understand and promotes health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) regulations, policies and procedures by practice and conducting safety awareness to ensure safe working environment is fulfilled prior conducting works.
  • Recommend policies and procedures for warehousing and shipping in accordance with regulations.
  • Ensure that the physical and administrative receipt, storage, and issue of goods is occurring in a timely and accurate manner.  Assumes responsibility for movement/storage, safely handling and control/monitoring of inventory levels.
  • Accept or returns merchandise according to established procedures.
  • Ensure the security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, system review, and physical inventory count. Conducts inventory checks by running and analysing comparative reports on inventory balances daily.
  • Provide data and reports to help reconcile inventory discrepancies based on thorough investigations of transactional histories. Submits monthly activity reports detailing cycle count data, working inventories, and excess/shortage inventory and error rates.
  • Review and manages materials planning requirements for various commodities including finished product packaging.
  • Monitor adherence of outbound shipment routings to assign plans, including freight forwarder, customs brokers, and carriers’ lines (for all modes).
  • Interact and follows up with regulatory authorities, freight forwarders, customs officers for expediting duty exemptions and customs clearances and other functional areas to plan and ensure uninterrupted and compliant flows.
  • Manage and follows up on duty exemption formalities.
  • Maintain logs and compilation of information on routes and services of shipping providers.  Assumes responsibility for the maintenance and compilation of shipping/transport documentation for performance monitoring, discrepancy handling, and to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and policies.  
  • Manage and follow up on finished products packaging materials planning and management.
  • Assume responsibility for quality performance based on established standards for all supply chain activities including order fulfilment, vendor management, warehousing, inventory control, shipping/transportation activity, distribution management.
  • Ensure compliance to warehousing and shipping regulations and policies and timely and accurate resolution of issues that may arise. 
  • Ensure high order fulfilment rates by monitoring customer orders, due dates, lead times for order management, etc.  Assumes responsibility for material expediting to ensure on-time arrival of complete orders.  Ensures all shipments are properly invoiced.
  • Execute and resolves issues related to inbound and outbound (import, export) in accordance with compliance within government rules and regulations, including appropriate licensing for shipments. 
  • Provide support data to assist management in developing and justifying the operational budgets for department/unit.
  • Prepare and assigns work schedules for all teams, shifts.
  • Set- up and report on key performance indicators for in line with department /Business unit Performance indicators.
  • Supervise, select, coach, and conduct job training in addition to evaluating team personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Understand and promote health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) regulations, policies, and procedures by practice.

About You:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Diploma

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse management

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge in SAP
  • Good skills in Excel
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good experience in supervising Stock counting.
  • Excellent skills in inventory control.
  • Excellent skills in writing reports and emails.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
