Head of Dry Assembly Shift 3 Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Supervisor, Dry Assembly, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to (A) Superintendent, Batteries Production. 


Supervises employees on an assigned shift to ensure process operation, manufacture of products, parts, or to perform service within quality, and cost standards. Operation of a routine nature, normally requiring routine machine set ups in areas such as stamping, extruding, operation of units. Typically requires technical proficiency and troubleshooting ability in batteries plate making plant.


In this role, you will be responsible of:
1. Supervise and monitor production shift staff and coordinate production, processing, materials, as per planning schedule.

2. Supervises the work activities, ensuring that field activities are coordinated during normal, start up and emergency situations.

3. Supervises the planned maintenance of process and safety equipment to be carried out and coordinate with other plants.

4. Determines operation priorities based on production schedules and makes daily assignments with minimum guidance.

5. Represents work area in operational/job safety analysis meetings, providing advice and support to other departments.

6. Acts as the issuing authority, signing work permits as per the authorization levels to ensure jobs can be carried out safely.

7. Conducts observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in timely manner.

8. Directs all related personnel actions, including training, performance appraisal, and discipline with guidance.

9. Prepares relevant shift/daily reports to ensure stake holder are informed of the process status with guidance.


Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor or Diploma Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3 years experience with Bachelor's
Degree or 8 years experience with Diploma is desirable with 5 years supervisory experience.
