     An exciting opportunity is available for Superintendent, Project Control Located in Jubail, KSA

Job Purpose

     The project control superintendent will lead project control section and supporting both site projects (SP) and mega projects (MP). He will work and lead project control activities and leading his team comprising of cost estimation, planning, project control and contract administration. 

      Role responsibilities:

• Ensure the preparation of LI/II schedule during Project Development stage.
• Ensure development and implementing of Progress Measurement System (PMS) in the projects
• Review and endorse of Project Schedules
• Ensure control of Change orders for MP & SP
• Publishing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly projects progress Reports.
• Participate in Audits & submit report.
• Ensure monitoring and control of Project Cost.
• Ensure tracking and recording PR creation and SES log
• Track and report Fixed cost of MP and project execution organization
• Ensure cost estimation development and quality
• Monitoring and reporting projects KPIs: SPI & CPI
• WBS status reporting in monthly basis
• Review and establish contracts (PMC, FEED, EPC, GES, FCC, etc.)
• Assurance of best practices implementation for projects schedule reviews
• Assurance of quality best practices incorporation for the projects’ execution plans, and utilization of quality check lists
• Coordination of CAPEX projects progress review meetings
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting project cash flow
• Preparing CAPEX financial analysis reports
• Analyse data, identify issues and recommend correction actions
• Ensure to facilitate to Explain and interpret contract clauses
• Assurance of effective projects implementation (verification of progress reports, purchases plans, invoicing forecasts)
• Knowledge in MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of project execution related experience
• University Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical , industrial, electrical, process engineering)
• Certification in Project Control
