About the role:


Support the activities of Operations and Finance, through value-added information, analysis, and performance reporting. Prepares scorecards, metrics reporting and trend analysis for all the product lines.  Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. 


you will be responsible to:


  • Develop and maintain processes to evaluate and measure performance through metrics, scorecards, and benchmarking.  Help identify opportunities for cost savings in the manufacturing process. Identifies underperforming areas and suggests improvements or resolutions to problems.
  • Provides trend analysis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identifies risks and opportunities. Performs root cause analysis and provide recommendations. Provides analytical support on manufacturing efficiencies, production mix, and planning. Identifies performance trends and recurring issues.
  • Help implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
  • Develop Business Continuity Plan for the manufacturing facility aims to safeguard the business from interruptions. Identifies areas that support in making informed decisions on current and future risks to production process including a comprehensive review of supply chain management and recourse availability. Help to maintain the data integrity of the business systems as they pertain to Operations
  • Must be knowledgeable of the business and the accounting impacts of manufacturing operation activities.  Must have a strong understanding of business processes, cost accounting, manufacturing KPIs, benchmarking, and scorecards for a manufacturing operation.
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with other personnel and have thorough knowledge of floor processes.
  • Provides data analysis and supports to project teams.



About You:


Minimum Qualification:

  • University degree in Finance or Engineering.


Minimum Experience:

  • At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in the field
  • Familiarity with Blown Film manufacturing process is required        
  • Good command of Arabic and English mainly.
