Sr Technician I, Taldeen QC Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Sr TechnicianÂ, Taldeen QC, based in Hael.

 

 

 Summary:

 

Perform a broad range of sampling and analytical testing activities in a QA/QC testing/laboratory environment and implements standard quality checks following established guidelines, procedures and schedules.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Interact with operations staff to determine causes of quality issues and ensure that corrective/preventative action is taken.
  • Carrie out a range of analytical tests and assists in troubleshooting quality problems with operations and QA/QC colleagues.
  • Participate in recruitment, training and coaching of staff to build the capability and improve overall performance of the team.
  • Plan own work within the constraints of the overall testing schedule.
  • Record data, observations and conclusions and produces standard reports.
  • Maintain and adapt testing equipment and liaises with specialist support staff on technical modifications and fault repair.
  • Conduct measurement system analysis; gathers, analyses and reports on non-conformance data.

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:


• Diploma degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.

  • Data Gathering, Analysis & Reporting.
  • Planning.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving.
  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
  • Quality Assurance.
  • Managing and Improving Business Processes.
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
