Sr Specialist II, Technical Training Job

An exciting opportunity is available for a Training Specialist, Located in Jubail.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In charge of designing and conducting training programs to enhance skills and competencies of the organization.  Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver sessions to improve workplace performance and align with the company’s core values. 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify training needs by evaluation of strengths and weaknesses.

• Cater to learners needs and develop a tailor-made training as per a specific job category.

• Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans.

• Familiar with JQP preparations and executions and IDP requirements.

• Assists the local training team and process / training coordinators in training implementations.

• Develop and deliver training programs.

• Ensure company training programs are in trend and up to date.

• Can do analysis and benchmarking of training strategies and facilities within the neighboring companies. 

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

•               Bachelor’s Degree.

•               Petrochemical or Industrial Experience

•               Proficiency in MS Office and other Teaching Programs.

•               5 years of experience in Petrochemical or Industrial Training implementation.
