Sr Specialist I, Technical Training Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr Specialist I, Technical Training and will report directly to Section Head, Career Development


About the role:


To drive competency management programs. Develop and assure effective implementation of operators and technicians staff competency system. This includes JQP and IDP



you will be responsible to:


  • Develop the annual assigned department training plan (lDP). This shall be done based on the result of gap assessment, high value learning, and performance analysis, business need and department feedback.
  • Review and update departments training/qualification material and documentation on a regular interval with SME support and when business need dictates.
  • Manage all training activities of the assigned departments including competency gap assessment and follows up on training development courses conducted for all department employees.
  • Develops and maintain an effective JQP program including progress follow-up provision of material and curriculum within the site.
  • Prepare and conduct qualification tests (in coordination with department Trainer) as per the JQP requirements to ensure a high standard of skills and knowledge are achieved.
  • Prepare and deliver general awareness to department staff as guided by JQP system
  • Coordinate with assigned department Trainer" to prepare and deliver process training to department staff as guided by JQP system
  • Ensure employees have the right training resource available on shift/staff
  • Assure the training, On Job Training & qualification are implemented and incompliance with Tasnee training procedure standards.
  • Maintain training record, files and monitors training and qualification progress of each supervisors and technicians in the department as well as the lDP for professional
  • Give constant feedback on training progress and performance to management.



About You:


Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum Qualification should be Diploma.


Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of training and development experience
  • Training and development experience
  • Experience in utilizing the different types of LMS
  •  Experience being part of cross-functional projects, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with senior level management
  • Competency and matrix development for all organization level.
  • Microsoft office.
