     An exciting opportunity is available for Sr Scheduler II Located in Jubail, KSA

Job Purpose

            The role of scheduler is to prepare daily work schedules including Preventive Maintenance jobs depending on the available capacity of work centres.

Role responsibilities:

• Review the work schedule with Operation Maintenance Coordinator and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of the daily schedule.
• Prepare and provide day wise schedule for weekly work.
• Follow up & arrange all required services related to work orders as needed.
• Communicate the final work schedule to all concerned sections.
• Lead daily meeting for update and reschedule non-completed Work orders with Operation Maintenance Coordinator which is not executed during the scheduled time.
• Publish daily/weekly update of daily execution with concern person.
• Convert notification to work order and arrange the requirements during EMERGENCY.
• Ensure Work Order closing requirements are completed in SAP.
• Attend daily/Weekly /Monthly meeting with stake holders (Operation, Reliability, Plant Maintenance) to discuss major concerns, resolve issues and review backlogs.
• Responsible for carrying out duties safely. Comply with all the company safety procedures, regulations, and programs

Qualification and Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant degree in Mechanical, Instruments, Electrical or Industrial    
• At least 5 years’ experience in the industrial business as Scheduler/ Planner
• Full awareness of SAP system
• Full awareness of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
