Sr Planner IV, TAM planning Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Planner, TAM planning Located in Jubail, KSA.
Job Purpose
TAM Planner is responsible for planning and preparation of major Turnaround maintenance activities. He will initiate Scope of work, prepare Turnaround milestones, budget phases follow up, job packages preparation, assign materials and services in work orders, initiate PRs & minutes meetings and develop TAM Closeout reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Extract TAM priority work orders from SAP, compile a Work List, and share with TAM core group for review.
- Develop and approve initial scope; present any scope changes or additions.
- Prepare detailed contractor scope with Maintenance Supervisor and initiate PRs.
- Create and route job packages for review and approval.
- Use Primavera to develop and monitor Pre-TAM and Execution schedules, including decommissioning and commissioning.
- Conduct schedule review meetings, finalize schedule, and publish at least 4 months before execution.
- Include additional jobs before baseline, issue look-ahead schedules, and track KPIs and progress.
- Monitor compliance of P–P duration and report deviations monthly.
- Provide daily status reports, hold shift-based meetings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper closeout of TAM activities, confirm TECO, archive feedback, and manage material returns.
- Arrange refurbishment of spare components and equipment.
- Schedule TAM critique meeting post-commissioning and compile observations.
- Prepare TAM Closeout Report with inspection results and major achievements.
- Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
Job Specific Skills:
- Proficient in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) with working knowledge of SAP MM and PS modules.
- Proficiency is preferable in using Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Skilled in Contractor Management and Project Management.
- Demonstrates work ethics, values, and a strong concern for safety.
- Excellent presentation skills, communication abilities, and teamwork orientation.
