Sr. Inspector I, IIS Training

An exciting opportunity is available Senior Inspector, IIS Training, based in KSA who will report directly to Section Head, Lifting.

 Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Senior Inspector, IIS who is responsible in conducting inspection activities in accordance with approved inspection plans and internal procedures and international standards.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• Carries out inspections / training and duties that comply to their agreed written authorities and applicable standards.

• Performs annual activity monitoring to demonstrate and ensure ongoing competency • Raises health and safety concerns as well as quality concerns in writing with HSE and line manager respectively.

• Personally accountable for ensuring quality of inspections to comply with applicable standards and local authority requirement.

• Provides and maintains excellent client relationships and ensure that all service standards are met.

• Create inspection report to cover full deficiencies noticed and referee them to the manufacture repair procedures as applicable.

• Acts on behalf of the company, making full use of technical expertise, when required.

• Ability to supervise and initiate load test procedures and capable of reading civil survey reports to meet applicable standards tolerances.

• Inspects materials, products, and works in progress for conformance to specifications, and adjusts process or assembly equipment to meet standards.

• Create work instruction when require and meat the international and local authorities' standards.

• Re-inspect equipment and verify repairs are done correctly and be able to read NOT reports to comply the equipment repair and ensure safe use

• Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal/ regulatory requirements.

• Supervise inspectors and trainee inspectors on a defined frequency.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline.
• 10 years' experience if Diploma holder OR 5 years' experience if Bachelor holder in similar field.
• Internationally recognized certifications Example LEEA, CIA or other Recognized Lifting Equipment Training/ Certification, Recognized Scaffold Certifications Training, Recognized Training in Amusement Rides and ASNT Level II in MT, PT, UT & VT etc.
• Work experience in other recognized similar organizations (added advantage).
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
• Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and method
