Sr Engineer, Mechanical Job

     An exciting opportunity is available for Sr Engineer, Mechanical Located in Jubail, KSA

Job Purpose

     The Project Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing the Site Project activities in terms of preparation of Concept Design Package, Development of Scope of Works, Engagement with Stakeholders for data collection, coordinating the Project resources, managing the Engineering reviews with external and internal stakeholders, preparation for project’s execution in terms of site readiness and resources availability, managing the site activities and controlling the execution timeline, assurance of delivering the projects up to the satisfaction of customers within the agreed schedule and cost. In addition to the above, the Project Engineer shall have the cost estimation capability, schedule development and tracking, communication and presentation skills. Moreover, the Project Engineer shall be having leadership skills and ability to manage high load and accommodate changing priorities. The engineer will be serving different multiple stakeholders for the different plants, and responsible to assure the projects updates and follow ups with closely connect to all stakeholders.

      The Engineer will be working with a team of Engineers and site supervisors (Technicians)

   Role responsibilities:

  • Review of site construction plans
  • Review of projects resource planning
  • Review and assurance of safety compliance and requisitions for site activities
  • Review of Project Schedule
  • Review od Inspection plans for different disciplines
  • Review of the MOC packages in accordance to the site coordination and construction arrangements
  • Safe management of contractor’s equipment’s and laydowns
  • Assurance of safety compliance and communication of all required guidelines with contractors
  • Assurance of best practices implementation for projects schedule reviews
  • Assurance of quality best practices incorporation for the projects’ execution plans, and utilization of quality check lists
  • Assurance of effective projects implementation
  • Development of construction procedures in accordance with international best practices & codes
  • Development of inspections procedures in accordance with international best practices and codes
  • Assurance of material preservation, storage, and control
  • Coordination of site activities with the site owners in alignment with business plans
  • Development of the subordinates in the field of construction management and inspection
  • Knowledge in MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualification and Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Engineering Mechanical
  • 8 years of Engineering & Project Management
