Sr Analyst I, Total Quality Management Job

Job purpose

To direct the analyses of exiting methodologies and make recommendations or alternatives that will eliminate risks. Improve the HSSE performance and reduce the manufacturing cost. Responsible for delivering the Total Quality Management initiatives in its entirety in addition to other initiatives to improve manufacturing performance that is part of the long-term


Role responsibilities:


  • Translates data, reports or trend analysis into improvement opportunities and recommend measures of control.
  • Continually evaluate and improve Risk identification and mitigation processes.
  • Continually evaluate and improve legal & other requirements and mitigation processes for legal register
  • Introduces initiative for manufacturing excellence and process improvements in line with recommendations from senior management and that align with lean sigma process improvement methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of hardware/software tools and techniques to deploy the management systems and improve the workplace and sustain changes that take place and recommend subsequent adjustments.
  • Creates list of KPIs and dashboards to measure and track progress of initiatives and prepare reports for senior management
  • Leads teams charged with understanding an opportunity, identifying solutions, securing resources, solving the issues, implementing the solution and measuring the impact.
  • Provide coaching and training on new methodologies and tools to leaders in the organization throughout the business via workshops, project reporting and formal training.
  • Manages all manufacturing excellence and improvement projects against schedule and budget, communicating progress and issues as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and control. Within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and responsible environmental attitude.


Qualification and Requirements:


  • 12-15 Years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Exposure to supporting Total Quality Management Projects and activities
