Sr Advisor I, Reward & Policy Job

Work Location:  KSA > Riyadh

An exciting opportunity is available for Sr Advisor I, Reward & Policy based in Riyadh. Reports to GM, HR Center of Excellence.

 

Job purpose:

The position is accountable for supporting Performance and Reward Manager in the development and execution of performance management philosophies and strategies and frameworks to drive optimal organizational behaviour within the context of Tasnee’s Total Rewards philosophy and develop HR policies in line with Saudi Labor Law and GCC countries.

Primary responsibilities include managing the annual performance management process right from the goal setting to Year End Review and linkage to compensation outcomes, as well as Compensation support, including developing and managing pay structures, job families and job titles, job evaluation activity, managing salary survey and benchmarking processes for the business; and managing related HRIS systems and reporting requirements.

The role is responsible for educating, communicating, and undertaking in-depth research and analysis from a range of sources and for the development and effective implementation of HR Policies and as well as Annual Compensation programs.

 

Role responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Manage the annual performance management cycle, systems administration, enhancement, and improvement, and for managing communications material and our performance guide/content
  • Act as the lead contact for all PM activities and administration related to our annual performance management framework, system, and processes
  • Develop PM processes and materials to support line management to deliver their performance management responsibilities, coaching and supporting line managers
  • Manage organizational competency frameworks, updating as required, supporting departments as required to ensure competencies are mapped to roles
  • Generate reports and analytics; review and analyze performance data in collaboration with the Digital Employee Experience Team, identifying insights and trends, etc., and ensuring a linkage between compensation outcomes and performance

 Rewards Management

  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Departments and provide guidance on complex compensation and performance matters, as well as working collaboratively with Business Partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs and help managers to understand our Reward philosophy
  • Manage salary survey and benchmarking activities, ensuring compensation practices and programs are competitive with the industry and conform to statutory requirements
  • Participate in annual salary review, STI, LTI other compensation programs.
  • Responsible for data analysis, prepare regular reports and provide insight on performance and compensation for management
  • Support Performance & Reward Manager with executive compensation projects associated with organizational structure, salary structures and job classification.

HR Policies

  • Develop HR policies and provides recommendations along comprehensive dealing with major policies and planning changes which may create significant precedent and have corporate wide results.
  • Develop and review existing policies and procedures; solicit feedback from subject matter experts about their effectiveness by including comparative costing; suggest improvements and obtain approval through appropriate channels in line with Saudi and GCC labor law.
  • Prepare and maintain HR policies with the alignment of quality assurance. You will be required to liaise with multiple senior stakeholders to successfully negotiate and collaborate, developing and maintaining solid relationships aligned with business objectives.

 

 

Qualification and Requirements:

 

  • University degree in Human Resource, Engineering, or related Business subject
  • Relevant specialist post-Graduate qualification/Accreditation preferred
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, including 2-3 in a large, multi-national business at mid-senior level or above
  • Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks, design principles and HRIS application through the HR lifecycle is preferred
  • Experience working with market-based pay structures and participating in salary surveys
  • Must have completed two-cycle of Annual Reward Planning includes Merit Increase and Short-Term Incentive in his/her role.
  • Must have experience of working in Cloud HRIS applications such as SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle Fusion.
  • Preferred Industry is Oil & Gas/ /manufacturing- Chemical.
