An exciting opportunity is available for a Specialist, Business Performance, based in Dammam.

 Summary:

Supports the plant-level improvement process by gathering and analyzing data, providing support to senior team members, and assisting in the implementation of projects through monitoring, tracking, and highlighting deviations on an ongoing basis.

 In this role, you will be responsible for:

• To define the reporting master data for SBU, BU, and plant-level KPIs.

• To develop reporting matrix in Power BI / SAC for the business functions, from sales orders to dispatch orders of the value chain.

• To improve the gaps in reporting structure of SC, manufacturing operations, and all critical business areas.

• Understand and improve the KPIs gaps through digitally enabled interventions and alert reporting.

• To qualify plant-level key users on data reporting and structure.

• To develop master data for manufacturing operations, including OEE, waste, capacity, and materials performance.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
•bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum of  2 years experience in the same field.
