Specialist, Fire Deputy Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist, Fire Deputy Located in Jubail .

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintain all plants firefighting equipment and systems in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Provide all required technical supports as needed for Fire Team.

 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•           Develop, review, and implement all firefighting policies and procedures in accordance with Tasnee Fire Protection Standard, NFPA codes and any local legislations ( HCIS SAF directives )

•           Directs and participates in planning of emergency response, as per fire emergency pre-plan.

•           Review fire reports (daily supervisor report, fitness report … etc) and determine required actions and facilitate progress and provide feedback to fire assurance/concern parties.

•           Participate with all fire Risk Assessment, MOC and Investigations.

•           Communicate with all Productions department’s and to ascertain the requirements to maintain fire precaution equipment.

•           Support fire team during alarm and provide all required technical support at the scene of emergency.

•           Prepare all reports showing the status of all fire precaution equipment.

•           Communicate “whenever needed” with Tasnee, JAMA’A and all petrochemical industries of Jubail with regards to fire equipment issues, benchmarking, etc.

•           Coordinate maintenance activities related to fire station facility and equipment, using HCIS SAF directives.

•           Alert for any deficiencies on fire and gas system and provide resolution plan.

•           Analyze data, review the reports and provide action plan to improve fire performance.

•           Ensure the PM/CM compliance of fire equipment and fire trucks.

•           Review, enhance and facilitate IMRS16 and ensure full compliance.

•           Deliver fire training as per competency training plan.

•           Cover Fire SI responsibilities during his absence.

•           Review and update fire section procedures.

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree related to fire filed
  • Fire Fighter Level – III
  • Hazmat Level - II
  • Rescue Level - II

 

Minimum Experience:

  • 10 Years in the field of Fire Fighting.
  • Preferred Process experiences.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Incident Investigation skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Understanding of department plant / functional process.
