Section Head, Recruitment & Training Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

 

An exciting opportunity is available for Head of Recruitment & Training Reports to HR Business Partner Manager located in Jubail.

 

Job purpose:

 

Implements and manages global candidate sourcing/selection processes and strategic sourcing and recruitment & training programs.

 

Role responsibilities:

 

  • Anticipates industry trends related to Recruitment & training availability/issues
  • Provides support to HR teams, helps to develop the recruitment and selection skills of HR staff and managers.
  • Oversees the candidate information system in accordance with daily operational needs.
  • Manages relationships with key sourcing targets and partnerships with recruiters and related vendors
  • Evaluates and uses best practice methods of candidate screening and engagement.
  • Works with HRBPs and management to assist in identifying manpower needs and development of workforce planning strategy
  • Generates Recruitment & Training reports by collecting, analysing summarizing Regional Recruiting &Training data and trends
  • Follows KSA laws and policies, governing recruitment & Training, and monitors compliance to company procedures.
  • Manages the learning and development budget.
  • Provides overall direction to L & D activities, determines project costs/benefits in conjunction with the site leadership team
  • Manages the learning and development team and ensures their continuing professional development
  • Works with site leadership team to diagnose individual and group upskilling needs to meet strategic business direction.
  • Works across the organization and influence senior stakeholders to adopt newly developed Learning solutions
  • Oversees design and implementation of strategic L & D programs and activities.
  • Provides expert advice on matters related to learning, development, and knowledge management to the site leadership team

 

Qualification and Requirements:

 

  • B.S Degree, qualification in HR or Businesses or a related field or MBA.
  • 12 years’ experience with Advanced Degree is desirable with 7years supervisory experience
