Section Head, Plastic Molding Sales Job

An exciting opportunity is available for a Section Head, Plastic Molding Sales and will report directly to Manager, Sales & Marketing


About the role:


Develop and implement sales strategy for Roto Molding- General Plastic product line. This includes managing the entire portfolio of products throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the portfolio vision, managing and working with cross functional teams consisting of sales, operation, finance, and supply chain; Moreover, the Sales Head will be in full charge of getting the products certified and approved by official agencies and authorities. Responsible for product development, pricing, promotion & distribution. Initiate market research and develop marketing opportunities and plans. Generate sales orders and build strong relationship with customers & optimize the right solution for customers’ business needs.



you will be responsible to:


  • Work on achieving annual sales budget and targets for the entire product line, that includes, Water Tanks, Waste Water Treatment Tanks, Road Barriers and Decorative Plastics, targeting Key Accounts or business partners through various channels. 
  • Manage Joint Planning Cycle with GPS Key Customers and ensure full alignment. 
  • Manage the planning and development cycles of Plastic Molding Solutions Sales in collaboration with the Production Unit Team (Cross Functional Team). 
  • Conduct all phases of Product Development including product life cycle, and market introduction. 
  • Achieve the product portfolio annual budget  
  • Research the industry in cooperation with the Marketing Team for related events, publications, and all marketing communication and tactical initiatives 
  • Keeps abreast of emergence/ evolution of new concepts/ products in the Agro markets and monitor up-to-date changes and products decline.



About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Chemical Engineering  
  • At least 8-10 years of work experience in sales of Roto Molded tanks, barriers or related products  
  • Familiarity with Plastic manufacturing process, and raw material procurement preferred 
  • Strong Communications skills 
  • Work experience in product development is required
