An exciting opportunity is available for (Section Head, IIS KSA Sales) based in Jubail.
Who will report directly to Manager, KSA Industrial Inspection SRV.
Summary:
To provide project management leadership using applicable
and relevant procedures to maintain client relationships and be accountable
for the safe and effective delivery of the contract and services to the agreed
scope and specification, time scale and costs.
You will be responsible for:
- Accountable for single (complex) projects and a portfolio of projects with a
- value over 500k SAR and meeting the defined criteria that requires project
oversight - Provide guidance, coaching and support to Assistant and Project Managers by managing and evaluating the team’s effectiveness and taking corrective action in line with relevant processes
- Accountable for all aspects of project performance, service delivery and safety
management systems by providing effective planning, budget, time and
quality controls. - Management of the bid and tender development processes for individual and project management teams’ contracts.
- Identification, sourcing and coordination of effective full-time and part-time resources for all aspects of assigned projects in line with contractual and budgetary agreements.
- Accountable for the effective delivery of the project through the management of complex issues and opportunities arising with the client and their organization.
- Provide visible, pro-active HS&E leadership, ensuring that all LR Corporate and local HS&E policies and processes are followed, including any necessary client-specific requirements, in particular, ensure that stated requirements for incident reporting, task risk assessment and safe methods
- Plan all aspects of contract compliance and management to include change control, contract variations and actively seek to develop opportunities with the client.
- Management and oversight of project schedules, financial tracking, contract risks management procedures and issues plus associated project documentation and supports compliance with all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures the timely invoicing and supports the debtor management in cooperation with Lloyd’s Register’s credit control function.
- Conducting regular project and contract reviews, regularly reporting the project status both internally for management and externally for clients under the terms of contracts concluding with a formal project close out.
- Coordination of both technical and related project specific administrative
- Supports finance department in collection of outstanding (ensure no bad debts)
- Determines annual plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, project sales targets and revenue for existing and new products.
- Develop an outward looking/ client focused sales team that hunts for new work and expands existing relationships.
- Acts as a client representative / champion within the company, challenging internal processes and services where necessary in order to further improve the company and it services in serving the market.
- Reviews analyses of internal and external trends and results; reviews and finalizes pricing strategies and selling prices in line with management approval; advises and acts on monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand in line with MODA
- Manages, develops, coaches, controls, and motivates the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Ensures strict compliance with all legislation, shareholder and ethical requirements of himself and his team
- Ensures that there is a clear process flow within the sales department, with standardized documents, clear rules and accountability and measurable KPIS.
- Ensures KPIS and targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defines market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasts projected business; establishes targeted market share.
- Manages and implements Key Account Management (KAM) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; explores specific needs; anticipates new opportunities.
- Accomplishes marketing mission by attending and arranging conferences and trade shows. Supports marketing in developing advertisement, promotions, and sales materials such as sell sheets, brochures, catalogues.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; develops field sales action plans.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reads professional publications; maintains personal and professional networks; participates in professional organizations.
- Provides on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
- Compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
Minimum Experience:
10 years of experience or more in similar field.
