An exciting opportunity is available in FAHSS Company for Head of Sales, Industrial Inspection Services Based in Jeddah and will report directly to Manager, Industrial Inspection Services.
About the role:
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan and procedures that expands company’s customer base and
ensure its strong presence in a fast-growing market.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
You will be responsible to:
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
for regions; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Performs market and client reviews in order to focus sales efforts toward success.
Reviews analyses of trends and results; reviews and finalizes pricing strategies and selling prices in line with management approval; advises and acts on monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand in line with MODA.
Manages, develops, coaches, controls, and motivates the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
Develops and maintains quotation standards and leads in complex negotiations.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defines market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasts projected business; establishes targeted market share.
About You:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing, IT, or Engineering.
Professional Knowledge, Business & Industry Knowledge.
Minimum Experience:
10 years’ experience in the field of Sales in similar industry with minimum of 4 years in a
Head of Sales role within the GCC managing a team of least 4 sales executives.
Highly structured and systematic personality with strong communication and leadership skills.
