Section Head, HC Management Solutions Job
An exciting opportunity is available for Section Head, HC Management Solutions Reports to Head, Digital Business Solution located in Riyadh - TASNEE HQ.
Job purpose:
Accountable for the analysis, development, and maintenance of applications systems for assigned functional areas or locations of the organization, also Responsible to Manage day-to-day HCM systems’ operations and Projects, support to HCM Strategic Business Unit, Corporate and Shared Support Functions ensuring best in class service in all aspects of IT Services Management, Projects and Governance.
Role responsibilities:
- Position will require highly qualified individual with strong knowledge & experience of designing and implementing HCM solutions leading best practices using SAP and non-SAP Software
- Functional support may include but not limited to Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, hire to fire, Fix Assets and budget Planning activities
- Partnering with senior leadership and all stakeholders for business case analysis, project financing, scenario analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, strategic initiative, decision making and technical support
- Act as a Key liaison between HCM, Finance Shared Service and IT teams. Collaborate effectively to create strong relationships with other IT departments, business users and all stakeholders
- Onsite and Offshore Recourse Management this include Direct, Indirect and Project resources
- Will be responsible to manage all departmental projects
- Reviews existing applications periodically and recommend improvements
- Explain and analyse the IT financials
- Interfaces with external vendors to ensure that 3rd party applications are consistent with business requirements
- Must be well organized, can define tasks, establish priorities, and implement according to plan
- Ability to assume responsibility, work autonomously and collaboratively, in a professional and timely manner
- Provide regular and actionable mentoring, feedback and professional development opportunities to his teams
- Responsible and Accountable to manage all SAP and non-SAP HCM solutions portfolio such as: SAP SuccessFactors (All modules such as: Goals Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, Employee Central) Travel Management SAP payroll SAP HCM Non-SAP system
- Responsible to Integrate SAP and non-SAP HCM modules and applications with other SAP and non-SAP modules i.e. FI, PM, QM, HCM, PS and Applications such SAP, PI, BW, SAC, SCP, IBP, Newgen etc.
- Manage and forecast to optimize SAP and non-SAP License utilization
- Participate in Financial and IT Audits
- Good knowledge and understanding about Technology Trends, SAP solutions roadmaps such as Cloud solution, IoT, AI, Bigdata, Analytics, ML, RPA
- Prepare and Propose Strategic Solutions Roadmap
- Experienced with SAP rollouts and implementations
- Excellent in budget, preparation, planning, execution and monitoring
- Project Management (PMP, ASAP and Activate) methodologies
Qualification and Requirements:
- University Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Human Capital Management or Post Graduate qualification in a similiter discipline or MBA.
