Representative VII, Mat Hand Sales Job

Work Location:  KSA > Hael

An exciting opportunity is available for a Representative VII, Mat Hand Sales and will report directly to Superintendent, Material Handling Solutions Sales.


About the role:


Develop and implement sales strategy for Material Handling product line. This includes managing the entire portfolio of products throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the portfolio vision, managing and working with cross functional teams consisting of sales, operation, finance, and supply chain; Responsible for product development, pricing, promotion & distribution. Initiate market research and develop marketing opportunities and plans. Generate sales orders and build strong relationship with customers & optimize the right solution for customers’ business needs.


you will be responsible to:


  • Work on achieving annual sales budget and targets for the entire product line, targeting Key Accounts or business partners through various channels.
  • Manage Joint Planning Cycle with Material Handling Solutions Key Customers and ensure full alignment.
  • Achieve Material Handling Production Unit Team operating targets (Sales Revenue, bottom-line and production lines utilizations)
  • Manage entire lead to revenue cycle, generate pipeline of customers, place orders and finalize contracts.
  • Ensure all plans, customer promos, and developmental activities of sales are aligned with the “frame of reference” of the Material Handling Solutions as stated in the company’s strategy.
  • Manage “new product development” cycle & process for the Material Handling Solutions unit.
  • Build partnership with all local, regional, and international Material Handling business and present options for high quality products and services as part of the “full Solution” direction adopted by the company.



About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • At least 2-6 years of work experience in sales of plastic Material Handling or related products
  • Familiarity with extrusion manufacturing process, master batch procurement polyethylene products preferred
  • Strong Communications skills
  • Work experience in product development is required
  • Planning skills (Strategic, Operations, Finance, etc.) & all other related soft skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Fluent in Arabic & English, speaking & writing.
