Advisor ,Learning & Development(Des) Job
An exciting opportunity is available for Advisor , Learning and Development in Riyadh and will reports directly to Head of Learning and development
Job purpose
Plans, organizes and delivers a range of training and development tasks and responsibilities that focus to support the organization initiatives.
Role responsibilities:
- Interacts with external training consultants to identify course objectives and content.
- Liaises with line managers to identify training and development solutions to meet team member upskilling needs
- Directs planning and organization of all workshops that are offered.
- Initiates, organizes, and delivers training in the form of courses, workshops, and seminars.
- conduct a range of and management and soft skill training.
- Prepares training budget, seeks and obtains funding approval, and controls costs against budget.
- Writes central core training courses and specific workshops.
- May design and implement assessment programs to identify training needs.
- Helps with the design of content.
- Manage the LMS admin tasks
Qualification and Requirements :
- 5 years’ experience with Advanced Degree is desirable
- Programs development and management experience
