An exciting opportunity is available for (Representative, Customer Service) based in Dammam.

 Summary:

 

Receive and processes for non-routine customer inquiries and/or complaint covering products and service proactively maintain an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff. May handle multiple product markets.

 

   In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Act as first referral point for escalated customer calls to ensure the handling of routine customer complaints are met.
  • Serves as a communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
  • Assist with research into a variety of customer complaints and issues to obtain a resolution.
  • Knowledge of company product lines, product features and attributes, existing markets, and market-related initiatives.
  • Track order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
  • Complete reports and documentation as required.
  • Follow up on internal and external complaints.
  • Participate in team projects. Identifies and shares continuous improvement ideas that enhance customer requirements.

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree.
Minimum of 1 year experience with a bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years with a Diploma degree in the same field.
