Representative V, Sales Support Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for Representative V, Sales Support, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Regional Sales Manager.
 

Position Summary:

 

Sales Representative is designed to assist the Regional Sales Manager in all sales and provide full administrative support to the Sales Department to relieve them of administrative workload allowing them to focus on Sales priorities.

 

In this role, you will be responsible of:  

 

Sales 


- Provide sales data analysis report of monthly and yearly sales, booking, status, shipping performance report
- Provide sales support with the team. 
- Provide daily report of material availability to sales team 
- Analyse monthly sales breakdown by product and quantities
- Coordinate with marketing department regarding the production updates 
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, sales and logistics performance
- Weekly performance updates, along with extensive communications with external consultants.
- Comply with approved Sales Policies, Procedures and Processes
- Achievement of objectives base on KPI and BU Chemicals standards
- Works under supervision of sales manager when negotiating variations in price, delivery and other specifications.
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of market and product trends and feeding those to Sales Manager.
- Responsible for successful collections and enablement of “zero” overdue targets.
- Perform other business-related assignments as and when requested by Sales Manager.
- Managing multi customers with multi segments for various products.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of the sales activities in an assigned region to achieve the sales targets.
- Following Sales Orders, in line with the instructions from the Regional Sales Manager according the agreed monthly sales plan.
- Ensure the payments are concluded and verified by instructing agents or customers.
- Advise agents and customers about product information or tentative shipment schedules in response to their queries.

 

Customer Orientation

 

- Respond to customers and agent’s inquiries regarding product information timely and quickly.

 

Records 

 

- Update records of Sales orders and related shipment information timely and accurately and present it to the Sales Manager for information.
- Update customer information in SAP timely and accurately
 

Relationships

 
- Assist the Sales Manager to keep good business relationships in the market which support the sales performance.
- Carry out any other related Sales Administration tasks and activities as instructed by the Sales team from time to time.
After Sales Support
- Update the customers about their sales orders status to ensure the shipments will be delivered on time.
- Provide all information that required for product complaint investigation and follow up with the concerned departments to unsure the complaint is finalised within the agreed processing time.
Co-ordination
- Coordinate with all related departments like logistics, Customer service, Finance, etc. to ensure the timely completion of the end-to- end sales. 

 

Relationships 


- Assist the Sales Manager to keep good business relationships in the market which support the sales performance.
- Carry out any other related Sales Administration tasks and activities as instructed by the Sales team from time to time.
After Sales Support
- Update the customers about their sales orders status to ensure the shipments will be delivered on time.

About You:

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

 

- Bachelor’s Degree in  engineering. 
- 2 to 3 years’ experience.
- Basic knowledge in Windows operating System (Excel, Ppt. word).
