Representative IV, BH Training Sales Job

Work Location:  GCC > Bahrain

An exciting opportunity is available in TUV Company for a Representative, Trainng Sales Based in Bahrain and will report directly to Head, Training Sales


About the role:


  • Contacting potential or existing customers to promote for Trainings. Answering questions about Training Services & Calendar.
  • Achieve set Sales Targets in line with KPI’s



You will be responsible to:



  • Support in clearing outstanding (ensure no bad debts).
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to services.
  • Keeping up to date on all Trainings calendar and informing customers of existing & new services.
  • Answering customers' questions on the services.
  • Meeting sales quotas.
  • Support in conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Seek for new opportunities through networking and social media
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with Superiors for action.
  • Execute and support the sales & business development strategy
  • Giving feedback on the competitors
  • Plan and arrange all work-related activities in an effective, timely & efficient manner (internally & externally)
  • Additional jobs can be assigned by the supervisor or senior management to be executed
  • Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements


About You:


Minimum Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, IT, computer, engineering or Quality, chemistry.



  • Minimum Experience:


  • 2 years’ experience or above if bachelor’s degree holder in the field of administrative, planning, coordination, or related function.
  • Work experience in similar organizations (added advantage)
