Representative, Sales Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jeddah

They have over 30 years’ experience in technical industry and are leading service providers for Inspection, Certification and Auditing, HSE Advisory, Product Certification (International Trade Services), Metrology & Calibration, Food Laboratory Testing and Training & Technical Support.

 

 

An exciting opportunity is available in FAHSS/TUV Company for a Representative, IIS Sales Based in Jeddah and will report directly to Head of Sales

 

About the role:

 

  • Identifies business opportunities, performs market research and analysis, establishes contact and develops relationships with prospects through Meetings, calls, emails, etc.
  • Creates business opportunities and closes profitable deals in the role of company representative 

 

You will be responsible to:

 

  • List the potential clients based on the market research and develops a plan to gain access, repeating as necessary
  • Approach the market by arranging meetings to generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Approach the potential project parties at all project stages (PMC, Consultants, EPC, Subcontractors… ETC)
  • Establish a solid working relationship with the clients (based on mutual Trust and Loyalty), showing ethical and honest behavior
  • Maintain clear records of received and processed enquiries and report on the sales effort that has been provided
  • Handle the tender preparation and submission, negotiates and closes deals
  • Meet the targeted Conversion rates of enquiries, number of meetings/ client interactions and generated revenue
  • Secure the order by proper follow-up with the client, and remain supportive of the work order until invoice collection
  • Keep a close eye on the market in order to report the status of the pricing developments, new projects, competitor news….
  • Work closely with operation team, invoicing and collection team ensuring there are no bad debts and supports the execution of their orders.
  • Manage key accounts by cross selling and upselling all available services
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services provided by company and refers the right sales channel for other services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Handle customer complaints or objections and supports their resolution
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve better results and increase leads
  • Share responsibility in ensuring client debts are collected

 

 

About You:

 

Minimum Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management or Engineer (Preferred)
  • Valid local driving license

 

  • Minimum Experience:

 

 

  • 4 years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Previous experience with B2B business and works at least 3 years in the industrial service sector.
  • Worked with our direct competitors for the same scope of IIS service.
