Representative, ITS Sales - Jeddah Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jeddah

They have over 30 years’ experience in technical industry and are leading service providers for Inspection, Certification and Auditing, HSE Advisory, Product Certification (International Trade Services), Metrology & Calibration, Food Laboratory Testing and Training & Technical Support.



An exciting opportunity is available in FAHSS/TUV for a Representative, ITS Sales Based in Jeddah and will report directly to Manager, International Trade Services


About the role:


Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions


You will be responsible to:


  • Support in clearing outstanding (ensure no bad debts).
  • Prepare offers, tenders and all applicable documentation in line with company standards.
  • Prepare and follows up on offers, tenders and all applicable documentation until orders are secured.
  • Manage key accounts
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Sets up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
  • Prepare and delivers appropriate presentations on services provided by company and refers the right sales channel for other services.
  • Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handles complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for actions




About You:


Minimum Qualification:

  • BS Degree in Marketing or Business Management or Engineering or any relevant degree



Minimum Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in sales or business development

• Work experience in similar organizations

• Experience in SASO & SABER Sales


Required Skills:

• Customer focus

• Interpersonal skills

• Planning & Organizing

• Responsiveness to requests.

• Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
