Pr Analyst, Risk, Governance & Comp Job

Work Location:  KSA > Riyadh

 

 

An exciting opportunity is available for Principal - Risk, Governance & Compliance, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Head - Governance, Risk, Insurance & Compliance.

 

About the role: 

Responsible for developing and executing risk management, compliance, and governance processes across the business.  

In this role, you will be responsible of:  

  • Plans and implements risk management and business continuity processes.
  • Conducts risk assessments, evaluates, prepares risk reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk management, process, and control assessment, change management expertise
  • Assists management to improve risk treatment and business performance.
  • Ensures the effective delivery of risk management & Compliance policies, procedures and standards
  • Leads industry practices for continuous improvement in risk management.
  • Conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops
  • Conducting internal reviews and audits
  • Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
  • Developing risk management strategies
  • Develop methods for risk identification and monitoring
  • Following up on compliance issues that require investigation
  • Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate software is in place
  • Reporting on compliance
  • Support the ERM team in risk event activities, including operational loss identification, definition, assessment, analysis, mitigation, and reporting

 

About You:

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters or Post Graduate qualification.
  • CPA and or professional Risk/ audit designation
  • 8 years’ experience with Advanced Degree.

Job Specific Skills

  • Experience and knowledge of risk management assessment, methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Demonstrated and superior written and oral communication skills
