PROCESS ENGINEER III Job

• Create the TDS for all pipes product ( Smooth pipe & Spiral pipe & Corrugated pipe )
• Have a good experience to design all pipe products and fabrication according to customer requirements
• Improve the stiffness of the pipe to achieve the customer requirements
• Can work with the drawing program to  improve the fitting specification
• Using a variety of tools to modify pipes specifications.
• Develop and improve the welding activities way  according to customer requirements
• Providing guideline for the calculation of pipe specification
• Build a good team to make design and create the drawing for all pipe specification
• Recommend procedures for facility and equipment’s
• Have a good experience in the project site     
• Handling the site complaint and can find a good solution for any site problem
• Review and recommend modifications to present product development methods
• Evaluating prototypes and inspecting finished products to ensure that they are free from any customer complaints .
• Work closely with the production department to deliver solutions to improve results of product development
• Allocating and monitoring of design resource to ensure that quality work will be completed on time and to budget.
• Gave production team any recommendation to improve the production and reduce the cycle time.

Process Engineer

An exciting opportunity is available for Process Engineer III, based in Hail who will report directly to Operations Manager. 

 Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Process Engineer who will performs tasks requiring the selection and application of a range of standard technical problem solving techniques, monitoring and analysis.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• Carries out conventional engineering tasks requiring broad application of engineering knowledge, regulations and standards.
• Develops a range of engineering plans and supporting documentation seeking guidance from senior level engineers as required.
• Validates standard internal and 3rd party Process design work for conformance with established standards and procedures (as applicable)
• Escalates emerging and complex plant issues to more senior engineers to ensure action is taken to resolve on a timely basis.
• Reviews and analyses relevant plant, process and engineering data and recommends changes required to optimize operations.
• Provides guidance and support to help more junior team members.
• Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times 8. Participating in RCA related to Process
• Effective understanding and utilization of office tool such as; MS Word, MS EXCEL, MS POWER POINT, etc. for the day to day business needs

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
• 5 years experience with Degree or 10 years experience with Diploma is desirable
• Certifications
  • Vendor Certified Training on using Simulation tools (like UNISIM, ASPEN Plus)
  • Principles of Incident Investigation Training
  • Certified Process Safety Auditor
  • PH&A analysis certification
  • API-754 Process Safety Metrics Training
