An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator, Inspection based in Jubail and will reports directly to Supervisor, Offline Shift B

Summary:

To manage one shift trouble free operation of BOPP Plant & deliver product as per predefined Quality standards

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• To report to the shift in-charge
• To Take-over/Hand-over charge of machine at the start /end of a shift
• To maintain proper housekeeping around the machine
• To check for any abnormal noise /vibration /leakage/temperatures of the machine during operation.
• To work as per safety procedure to prevent man and machinery from accidents
• To clean shield and oven after every cycle
• To shift mother rolls from slitter to Metalizer hall
• To adjust shield as per size requirement
• To try to minimize waste
• To perform routine maintenance jobs at Metalizer
• To perform any other additional job assigned by the seniors

 Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• 08 years relevant experience in BOPP Industry

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Hands on experience in operating Metalizer Plant
• Conceptual understanding of Metallization technology
• Experience of Online troubleshooting & visual inspection
• Able to perform basic routine maintenance jobs
• Physically involve in upkeep and cleaning of Plant
• Must possess sharp reflexes

Qualification:

• 03 years Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
• Metric/F.Sc or A/O Level with 13 years’ experience as operator
