Operator III, SPC Production Job

An exciting opportunity is available for (Operator, SPC Production) based in Dammam.

 Summary:

 

Shift Operator is responsible in executing efficient Production operation thru skillful machine operation and strict monitoring of machine conditions to meet specified product quality and meet production plans.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Responsible in operating Extruder machines as required on the operation procedure.
  • Responsible in monitoring and recording Extruder parameters during production run.
  • Responsible in reporting all abnormalities related to Extruder machines and its auxiliaries to immediate superior.
  • Act as the focal point of Line operation to meet product quality and daily production output target.
  • Maintain personal uniforms and safety PPEs in accordance with corporate / departmental standards.
  • Responsible in operating Bagging machines and it’s auxiliaries as required on the operation procedure.
  • Responsible in recording daily packed outputs during production run.
  • Responsible in reporting all abnormalities related to Bagging machines and its auxiliaries to immediate superior.
  • Ensures all packed materials are conforming to required Finished Goods handling standards.
  • Receives and verifies issued packaging materials needed for daily production.
  • Maintains personal uniforms and safety PPE’s in accordance with corporate / departmental standards.
  • Responsible in Raw material handling as required on the operation procedure.
  • Responsible in recording Raw material preparation and loading activities during production run.
  • Responsible in reporting all abnormalities related to Raw Material handling equipment and its auxiliaries to immediate superior.
  • Receive and verify issued raw materials needed for daily production.
  • Maintain personal uniforms and safety PPE’s in accordance with corporate / departmental standards.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Diploma Degree.
Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.

 

         Knowledge & Skills Required:
