An exciting opportunity is available for Operator, Sheet Line, based in Riyadh.

 Summary:

 In this role, you will be responsible for:

1-Perform a range of tasks using or maintaining equipment in a single process area.

2- Perform initial machine start-up and make adjustments throughout the production run.

3- Prepares the site for operational or maintenance work, including start-up, and shut-down.

4- 4. Ensures a clean and safe production floor at all times.

5- Load raw material into the machine, manually cycle, and unload the finished product.

6- Collect field data and reports to a higher level for analysis to ensure equipment is operating and maintained effectively.

7- 7. Participate in operating and safety training and ensure standards of performance are achieved.

8- Fills out production batch records when needed.

9- Compliance with all relevant quality and HSE procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

10- Minor troubleshooting, reporting malfunctions/status, and handing over to ensure that a safe operation is maintained.

11- Verify that the site equipment of work that the role is coordinating is prepared for maintenance, with supervision.

12- Routinely checks the product against fixed gauges and adjusts set-up accordingly.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
•Diploma degree.
•Minimum of 1 year work experience in sheet extrusion.
