Operator III, Crushing D Job

Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for Operator, Crushing in Yanbu.

The Crushing Operator carries out all activities associated with the crushing part of the Titanium Sponge production process. This encompasses operating plant within set parameters and monitoring production workflow to assure quality, as well as monitoring and recording routine production data. The operator will also undertake routine tasks in support of the process e.g. routine plant set-up and adjustments, and handling plant problems and equipment failures following established procedures. Operators will also carry out simple routine maintenance tasks.

You will be responsible for:

• 1. Oversight of the crushing process, and monitoring of all aspects of the production process.
  2. Perform visual checks on sponge cake.
  3. Shipment packaging and preparation process.
  4. Operating skills for the rough cutting press.
  5. Operate process according to established procedures.
  6. Observe and monitor the process and anticipate problems. 
  7. Monitor equipment performance; prepare operating equipment for maintenance following established procedures.
  8. Maintain and follow Quality procedures to ensure product quality.
  9. Communicate equipment/ process issues to colleagues.
  10. Collect data on equipment/ process malfunctions for appropriate analysis.
  11. Work in conjunction with all team members to identify, detail and evaluate potential process/equipment improvements that may enhance process, safety and cost reduction.      
  12. Coordinate shift activities with shift supervisor.
  13. Maintain an exception/ incident log and supporting information.
  14. Ensure compliance with ATTM Metals Sponge handbook, plant policies and procedures.
  15. Crane, hoist and forklift operation as required by the process.
  16. Safe operation of the electrical supply and recovery procedures.
  17. Observe and maintain all operational of safety / 5S housekeeping practices.
  18. General management of the production data, safety, training, and production planning.

 Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma.

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year experience.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
