Officer III, Warehousing Job

Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available for (Officer III, Warehousing) based in Yanbu - KSA.

Who will report directly to Section Head, WH & Planning.

 

Summary:

 

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing inventory related to Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO). The role focuses on accurate inventory control, availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables, and supporting maintenance operations, not finished products.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Manage and control MRO inventory including spare parts, tools, consumables, and equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming MRO materials and verify against purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all MRO items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate reorder requests to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Issue spare parts and materials to maintenance teams as per approved requests.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
  • Identify obsolete, slow-moving, or critical spare parts and report to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of technical materials.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and organization of the MRO warehouse area.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and engineering departments.
  • The employee shall carry out other duties when requested by his supervisor.

 

Minimum Qualification:

 

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.

 

Minimum Experience:

 

3 years of experience or more.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Strong knowledge of MRO materials, spare parts, and maintenance processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Good understanding of inventory control techniques (FIFO, Min/Max, Reorder Point).
  • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work closely with maintenance and technical teams.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • High commitment to safety, housekeeping, and compliance.
  •  Cycle count & physical inventory experience.
