Manager, Security & Emergency Preparedness Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for Manager, Security & Emergency Preparedness Located in Jubail .

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

•To oversee and coordinate security measures and emergency response plans to ensure the safety and protection of individuals, properties, and assets within an organization.

 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•           Lead the Security and fire suborganization and contribute to the formulation and implementation of the EHSS department strategy and plans as appropriate to achieve department needs and objectives.

 

•           Conducting regular risk assessments and security audit to identify vulnerabilities and threats.

 

•           Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.

 

•           Managing staff and overseeing operations to response to the incidents.

 

•           Ensure full functionality of security measures such as access control system, CCTV, and alarm.

 

•           Ensure training and drills are developed for emergency scenarios.

 

•           Investigating security incidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

 

•           Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging threats and best practices in security and emergency preparedness

 

•           Conducting regular security and fire and disaster equipment audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

 

•           Providing guidance and support during crisis situations, such as natural disasters, workplace violence, or cybersecurity breaches.

 

•           Prepare and manage the budget for security and emergency preparedness requirements.

 

•           Cover EHSS GM responsibilities during his absences.

 

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree , in the Technical Field.

 

Minimum Experience:

10 years of industrial field
