An exciting opportunity is available in National batteries company for a Manager, Marketing & Sales  Based in Riyadh 

About the role:
Direct and oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales processes and procedures. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
you will be responsible to:


  • Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving sales and marketing objectives
  • Preparing annual marketing & sales budget plans and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities/performance of sales teams to proffer advice
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
  • Provide coaching and counselling to sales and marketing staff to aid them in achieving job expectations
  • Set and enforce policies and procedures necessary for conducting sales and marketing operations
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales


About You:

Minimum Qualification:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field


Minimum Experience:


  •  5-10 years of experience in marketing or sales.
  •  3-5 years of management experience

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure
