Job Purpose


     Finance Shared Services Operations Manager works with under Head of Financial Shared Services to ensure seamless delivery of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury Accounting functions


Role responsibilities:


  • Lead all aspects of Accounts payable, Accounts Receivables and Treasury Accounting functions
  • Review and monitor client and supplier relationships
  • Perform review of reports and analysis and oversee billing, collection, invoices processing, payments and bank reconciliations process
  • Oversee credit policy management process
  • Oversight of data management ensuring the validity, accuracy and transparency of Tasnee data attributes and information flows
  • Oversee internal controls and ensure a system of internal controls is adequately designed, in place and operating effectively
  • Lead process improvement, simplification, automation, re-engineering initiatives across finance shared services operations department while working closely with other functional leaders
  • Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment between Finance Shared Services operations and other functions
  • Ensure compliance with legal and management reporting requirements
  • Support monthly close process and functional management reviews to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Manage, coach and mentor team by developing and monitoring individual objectives in all aspects of financial reporting, analysis and accounting



Qualification and Requirements:


  • 10+ years of accounting / financial experience with experience in Finance / Accounting Shared Services leadership role
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS, KSA SOCPA
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other professional certifications preferred
