Technical Training ,Section Head Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for an Section Head, Technical Training based in Jubail and will report directly to Manager Total Quality Management .          


About the role:


In this role, you will be responsible to:


  • Ensure development and implementation of site wise staff competency development systems. This includes JQP, SEED, IDP leader’s development etc.)
  • Support the implementing of his role as per IMRS.
  • Ensure all Tasnee IMRS requirements are addressed in Tasnee procedure
  • Conduct self-assessment for own element
  • Develop action plan based on annual IMRS recommendation.
  • Assist in IMRS external audit
  • Clarify any inquiry by division element owner.
  • Participate in Training & Competence Program as per schedule.
  • Evaluate training & feedback to determine if necessary competency level is being achieved.
  • Coordinate with IMRS Element administrators to prepare and maintain EHSS competency matrixes and guided by IMRS and ensure that it effective use to certify staff.
  • Assure the EHSS & competency training and EHSS/Job’s qualification activities are implemented and incompliance with Tasnee Training procedure standards and requirements.
  • Act as the site coordinator for the SEeD & MCDP implementation.
  • Plan and prepare the department’s budget on time and control the budget as per plan.
  • Develop the manpower plan, ensure availability of manpower to meet business needs, ensure staff are professionally competent and motivated to meet assign tasks, resolve raised employee concerns and assist and encourage career development
  • Design and review framework of training process and analyse the training trends and recommend change direction upon business need.
  • Manage workforce development section, this includes attending to staff requirements (TRP development, HR’s policies, etc.) preparing and delivering BP, managing/controlling allocated financial budget etc.
  • Facilitate of BOTP/COOP and talent management & Succession planning, administration of learning management systems, administration of relevant IMRS, facilitation of special courses, conference and leadership program, Analyse, develop and update training interventions.




 About You:


You will ideally be required to have the following requirements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, OR Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of training and development experience & 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with management.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Analytical Thinking Skills/RCA
  • Decision making
  • Planning Skills
  • Good in Microsoft office.
  • Knowing the Quality Management related to training policy and procedure development
