An exciting opportunity is available for a Section Head, HR Business Partner and will report directly to Mgr, HR Business Partner

 

About the role:

 

The Section Head, HR Business Partner for the Sponge is responsible to execute front-line activities pertaining to the HR function as requested and instructed by senior Management in a timely manner and to the highest standards to ensure effective processing of HR-related tasks.

 

you will be responsible to:

 

  • Provide HR advice to internal customers by responding to complex inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure prompt and informed response.
  • Ensures achievement of targets set on KPIs for the area
  • Engage in the delivery of approved HR projects for the related area of business and initiatives by overseeing related activities from start to finish to ensure that the project/initiative at stake is in line with the HR function’s requirements and that delivery is as per the required standards.
  • Coaches end-users on use of online HR technology and self-service
  • Follows up with internal and external customers on requests that require research and ensures resolution/closure for each request
  • Direct the execution of data analysis, generate non-standard reports, review reports generated by HR officers, and intervene when needed by providing guidance or correction to mitigate risk associated with informed decision-making.
  • Aware of best practice techniques and tools in own area that optimizes efficiency and levels of service to internal customers
  • Act as an advisor to senior management in ensuring adherence to organization policies, best practices and setting internal and external standards.
  • Preparation of budgets, monitors performance and spending against budget, analyses variances and prepares regular management reports.
  • Manage the execution of employee relations, training and recruitment related to area of operations to ensure that the process is followed in full, documented and outcomes recorded

 

About You:

 

  • - 6-10 years of related work experience in Human Resources
  • - Advanced English skills (speaking, writing, reading)
  • - Advanced computer and numerical skills.
