Head of KSA Sales Job

Facility:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available in FAHSS/TUV Company for a Head of KSA Sales Based in Jubail and will report directly to Manager, Industrial Inspection Services

 

About the role:

 

  • Plan that expands organization customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.

 

You will be responsible to:

 

  • Support finance department in collection of outstanding (ensure no bad debts)
  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Review analyses of trends and results; review and finalizes pricing strategies and selling prices in line with management approval; advise and act on monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand in line with MODA
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecast projected business; establish targeted market share.
  • Manage and implement Key Account Management (KAM) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; explore specific needs; anticipate new opportunities.
  • Accomplish marketing mission by attending and arranging conferences and trade shows. Support marketing in developing advertisement, promotions, and sales materials such as sell sheets, brochures, catalogues.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; develop field sales action plans.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal and professional networks; participates in professional organizations.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manages the sales program accordingly.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements

 

About You:

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or Marketing or any other field
  • Professional Knowledge
  • Business & Industry Knowledge (added advantage)

 

 

  • Minimum Experience:
  • 7 years’ experience in the respective field with minimum of 3 years as senior supervisory role
  • Work experience in similar organizations (added advantage)
