Head, NDT & Mechanical Services
An exciting opportunity is available Head, NDT and Mechanical Services, based in KSA who will report directly to Manager, KSA Industrial Inspection Services.
Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated Head, NDT and Mechanical Services who will manage delivery of assessment, testing, auditing, and training to assure quality, safety, reliability and system integrity of client systems, processes, plant, and equipment against relevant international standards. Leads an inspection group in varied assignments requiring broad and deep technical knowledge. Co responsible for the development, implementation and follow up of a policy and strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
- Supports finance department in collection of outstanding (ensure no bad debts).
- Plans, controls, and manages inspection engagements of clients using best practice and within the confines of budget and timescales.
- Responsible for the establishment, development and achievement of balance score cards, goals and KPIs for the department as per annual budget and strategy.
- Analyzes monthly results and initiates corrective actions.
- Manages customer relationships and addresses potential customer’s requirements during tenders, quotations, and source logistics management.
- Ensures effective and efficient service / product delivery, development, and know-how across various locations with continuous improvement and integrity.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for department activities.
- Manages various accreditations of the department.
- Leads, trains, develops, and coaches team members to enhance their knowledge and skills and maximize overall group performance.
- Ensures effective and efficient resource management.
- Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO/IEC 17020, international/local standards and/or other legal or regulatory requirements (SAAC, EIAC and SASO, etc.).
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma OR bachelor’s degree in engineering as per preferred discipline.
- 10 years’ experience with Degree or 12 years’ experience with a Diploma is desirable with 7 years supervisory experience.
- Work experience in other recognized similar organizations (added advantage)
