An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad Global Packaging Company for a Executive Secretary VII Based in Dammam and will report directly to VP, Plastics BU
About the role:
Provides high-level administrative and general office duties of a sensitive or confidential nature. Typically reports to very high-level principal who directs several major functions in a medium to large facility.
you will be responsible to:
- Communicate and/or coordinates principal’s instructions and desires with various individuals and/or departments.
- Furnishes and obtain information from other principals or outside representatives.
- Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, visitors, answering routine questions and obtaining and furnishing information.
- Schedule appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Organize and maintains principal’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- Draft correspondence for principal’s final approval.
- Prepare special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Organize and prepares complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.
- Prepare MOMs , follow up with concerned department heads
About You:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in Office Management
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years’ experience for B.S Degree Holders or 10 years’ experience for Diploma Holders is desirable.
