An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Secretary in Rowad Global Packaging Based in Dammam.

 Summary:

 

Provide high-level administrative and general office duties of a sensitive or confidential nature. Frequently communicate with senior-level internal and external contacts. Typically reports to very high-level principals who direct several major functions in a medium to large facility.

 

 In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Communicate and/or coordinate principals instructions and desires with various individuals and/or departments.
  • Furnish and obtain information from other principals or outside representatives.
  • Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, visitors, answering routine questions, obtaining and furnishing information.
  • Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Organize and maintain principals correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
  • Draft correspondence for principals final approval.
  • Prepare special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Organizes and prepares complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.

 

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree.
Minimum of 1-year experience with a bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years experience with a Diploma degree in the same field.

 

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Critical Thinking and Decision-Making. 
  • Planning & organizing.
  • E-Mail Software.
  • Document Management.
  • Data Gathering, Analysis & Reporting. 
  • Effective Communications.
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
