Executive Secretary V Job

An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad International Geosynthetics Company for Executive Secretary VII Based in Dammam and will report directly to Head of Plastics BU

 

About the role:

 

Provides high-level administrative and general office duties of a sensitive or confidential nature. Typically reports to very high-level principal who directs several major functions in a medium to large facility.

 

You will be responsible to:

 

 

  • Communicate and/or coordinates principal’s instructions and desires with various individuals and/or departments.
  • Obtain information from other principals or outside representatives.
  • Receive and screens telephone calls, letters, visitors, answering routine questions and obtaining and furnishing information.
  • Schedule appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Organize and maintains principal’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
  • Draft correspondence for principal’s final approval.
  • Prepare special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Organize and prepares complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.
  • Prepare MOMs , follow up with concerned department heads

 

About You:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in Office Management

Minimum Experience:

  • 4 years’ experience for B.S Degree Holders or 8 years’ experience for Diploma Holders is desirable.
