Engineer II, HDPE Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr. HDPE Engineer.


About the role:

To be capable to troubleshoot, process improvement or maintenance modifications, perform independently, generic process design on a specific technology.

Liaise with external entities. Capable to lead small teams on minor projects.


You will be responsible to:

1- Plan and organize own work within a job or assignment under the supervision of more senior engineers.

2- Acquire data from a diversity of sources, and carry out analyses as an input to problem resolution and trend analysis.

3- Identify and address frequently recurring problems within levels of expertise and experience, reaching solutions, for senior review prior to implementation, through standard procedures and professional knowledge.

4- Participate in, and benefit from, formal and informal on-the-job training and development, and from work/job rotation, to develop skills and capabilities.

5- Provide first-line supervision and act as a technical reference point for Level 4 and 5 engineers and monitor progress to ensure completion of tasks to time and quality standards.

6- Participate in regular team meetings to stay informed on developments of significance and to contribute views on ways forward.

7- Maintain awareness of developments in sub-discipline to stay informed and identify opportunities for improvement for the benefit of TASNEE

8- Prepare routine/non-routine analytical and progress reports and Presentations for review and acceptance by the seniors.

9- Provide input for the development of plans and budgets.

10- Ensure strict compliance with all approved EHSM procedures and practices to afford protection to life, property and the environment.

11- To review, execute and report the Deviation, as per the approved Production Plan.

12- To monitor Product Quality conditions, resolve routine/non-routine Quality Deviation issues and report any major issue and suggest improvements to the seniors.

13- Ensure strict compliance with all approved Responsible Care and IMRS policy and procedure to align with the TASNEE commitment to sustainable business.


About You:


Minimum Qualification:

An engineering degree from an internationally recognised institution.


Minimum Experience:

A minimum of 6 years of experience.


Required Skills:

  • Business-level written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy and a strong working knowledge of advanced professional programs.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Planning and Scheduling Skills.
